Rashmi Rekha Borah is a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Science and Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. Currently, she is working at Google as a full stack engineer in the GStore team. Prior to this, she worked at BNY Mellon as a Software Developer, where she migrated a legacy application written in .NET to JAVA, developed the backend using Spring Boot, led the development of REST APIs, developed the front-end based on Angular, and deployed it in QA and Dev environments via an automated CI Job. She also developed unit tests to achieve 80%+ test coverage. Rashmi is proficient in coding languages like C++, Python, and Java and has experience working with tech stacks like Angular, JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Amazon AWS, Active MQ, Django framework, and Machine Learning. She has also participated in coding hackathons and has won the 2nd prize in Code Diva organized by BNY Mellon and was amongst the top 18 candidates selected to participate in the OPEN HACK 2.0 hackathon organized by Unacademy. She was also amongst the top 60 participants invited to attend the Code Ur Way event organized by Visa Inc. Rashmi has a strong educational background, having completed her Intermediate from Cotton College and her High School Diploma from Little Flower HS School, Dibrugarh. She has also completed a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. With 3.20 years of relevant experience, Rashmi has managed end-to-end development right from requirement gathering to launch of large-scale products. She has a strong understanding of software development methodologies and is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies. With her expertise in full-stack development, machine learning, and research, Rashmi is a valuable asset to any organization.
